TERMS AND
CONDITIONS:
Appointment
will be made according to the Contract Policy 2004. Government of the Punjab
The
educational Degree & Experience Certificates will be verified by the
Authority (any expenditure in the regard will be borne by the candidate/ employee.)
If any applicant managed to get appointment on forged/bogus documents or
through deceit by any means, the appointment shall be considered to be void
abinito and shall be liable to refund all amounts received from the Authority
and their appointment shall be canceled immediately.

mandatory documents:

Domicile
Al the
education Degree/Diploma/Certificates
Provisional
Certificate/Result Cards)
3-Fresh
passport size colored photographs
As the
experiences Certificates till the date of applying
if the
applicant have foreign degree must attach HEC equivalence certificate
PMC/PMDC
Registration Certificate (only for doctor)
A bank draft
of Rs. 1500/- only for serial no 1 to 8 in favor of Director General /
Administrator PHOTA Lahore. (No application will be considered without Bank
Draft only for prescribed post).
3. The
applicants who want to apply on more than one post, must have to apply
separately against each post along with
complete
documents
4.
Government servants should submit their applications through proper channel 5.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview/Test
6. Authority
reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any
level without assigning any reason
7.
Incomplete application and documents will not be entertained
8. Age relaxation has already been included in
Upper age limit mentioned against each above mentioned post
9. No TA
& CA will be allowed.
10. NOTE:
The applicants who have already applied for the posts against the pervious
advertisements published on 12 April 2022 (Day nawaiwaqat) and 15 January, 2022
(Day Jang) will not be considered for this current advertisement, they need to
apply again with fresh application with documents as prescribed as per current advertisement.
11. Selected
candidates may be posted anywhere in offices of PHOTA across Punjab
