Applications are invited for employment against the following posts on contract basis at FCH. The hospital is a state of art 500 beds health care facility, initially operationalizing as 200 beds with all major specialties and selected sub specialties as mentioned below: -

b. Application form may be submitted along with 3 x attested photocopies of the credentials/certificates/relevant documents, official link CNIC, Domicile and 3 x passport size pictures in a sealed envelope marked with the specific post at the address "COMMANDANT FC HOSPITAL, HEADQUARTER FRONTIER CORPS (NORTH) FORT BALAHISAR PESHAWAR".

c. Applicants have to deposit a postal order of Rs. 500/- (For Ser 1-11) and Rs. 200/- (for Ser 12 & 13) in the name of Headquarter Frontier Corps (North) Fort Balahisar Peshawar.

 d. Employees of Govt Semi Govt/ Autonomous/ Semi-Autonomous Bodies can apply; however Departmental Permission Certificates will be required before interview.

e. No TA/DAwill be admissible over test interview.

f. Eligibility of the candidates shall be determined by Selection Board.

 g. Degrees/Diploma/Experience Certificates/Testimonials of unrecognized Institution are not accepted.

h. Eligibility of the candidates in all respects shall be reckoned up-to the closing date.

i. Wherever an equivalence of the required degree is to be claimed by a candidate, an equivalence certificate issued by PM&DC/HEC may be furnished to authenticate the claim.

j. Candidates with higher qualification can apply for any lower post.

k. Age shall be reckoned on closing date of the advertisement.

I. Age relaxation can be granted on case to case basis by competent authority.

m. Applicants married to Foreigners have to provide a declaration certificate and can be considered only on production of permission from concerned authorities/Govt: Relaxation Orders.

n. Experience wherever prescribed shall be counted only after attaining the prescribed qualifications for the post(s) if not otherwise specified. The experience certificates should be on prescribed forms of concerned institutes/governing bodies and can be verified.

o. The organization reserves the right not to fill any or fill less than the advertised posts.

p. In case the number of applications of candidates is disproportionately higher than the number of posts, short listing will be made in anyone of the following manner:- > Academic/Professional record> Written Test in the Subject (MCCs/ Short Questions) > Interview by selection board.
