How to
apply.
Applicant
are required to apply online, through the Women University job portal on
apply.wumardan.edu.pk. The hard copy of the online application form along with
duly attested photocopies of all DMC, Degrees, Certificates, CNIC, Experience
certificates, Publication (if any), two recent passport-size photographs and a
payment deposit slip of (Rs. 7000/- non-refundable for Assistant Professor) and
(Rs. 5000/- non-refundable for Lecturer) shall reach the Registrar Office,
Women University Mardan, East Canal Note: Submission of both online and hard
copies of the application is mandatory. In case anyone of the two is missing,
the
Road, Mardan
on or before 15-03-2023,
application
will not be entertained. Incomplete applications and those received after due
date will not be entertained.
Teams and
Conditions.
1. Less than
3.0/4.0 CGPA will be considered as second division.
2. The
candidate currently serving Government, Semi-government and autonomous
institutions must apply through proper channel.
They must
submit No Objection Certificate(s) from their concerned Department/Institution
along with the application form.
3. Foreign
degree holders must provide equivalency certificate from HEC.
4. Candidate
applying for more than one position shall deposit a separate fee challan and
upload it against the relevant application.
5.
Information claimed in the online application form will be treated as final,
subsequent claims of experience/academics, earlier not given in on application
form, shall not be accepted.
6. Only
eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. The
Candidate must produce HEC verified degrees on the day of interview.
7. Maximum
age limit for lecturers is 45 years and for Assistant Professors 55 years.
8. Scrutiny
lists shall be uploaded on University website. Candidates should regularly
visit www.wumardan.edu.pk for updates.
9. Screening
Test (where applicable) shall be conducted.
10. All
Lecturers positions are on CP Fund.
11. The
University reserves the right to increase, decrease, withhold or not to fill
any advertised post depending upon its need.
12. Selected candidates will be governed by
the KP Universities ACT 2016, WUM Statutes and rules & regulations.
13.
University will not be held responsible for non or late delivery of Call
Letters for test/interview.
14. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
