The applicants of the Department of
Health already working in teaching Hospitals of the Medical College will
process their applications through the proper channels along with the documents
mentioned below and will only be entertained after the
approval of Secretary Health
GOAJ&K. Direct applications from DoH will not be entertained. Selected DOH
employee will draw their salary against their respective/substantive post of
DOH.
Selected DOH employees shall submit
an affidavit that they will not claim any financial benefit/teaching allowance.
The following mentioned documents in the Terms & Conditions are required to be submitted with the application within 15
working days after the advertisement. Incomplete applications will not be

Terms & Conditions:
These appointments shall be purely
on a contract basis as per Contract Policy 2005 at GOAJK for an initial period of
03 years (extendable) or as specified by Govt. subsequently.
All vacancies will be filled purely
on a merit basis.
Selected candidate shall have to
abide by the rules and regulations of PMC/PMD&C and the Institute
The appointment during the period of the contract shall be liable to termination on 30 days prior notice on either side
or on payment of
one month pay in lieu thereof
without assigning any reason
Monthly salary shall be liable to
tax deduction at source as per law
The age should not be more than 60
years. However, in case of reappointment upper age limit is 63 years.
In respect of other matters not
specified in this contract, the rules and regulations of GOAJK shall apply. Only
shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview, no TA/DA will be
admissible.
The appointee will join the
Institution after receiving the offer letter from the principal office within
the prescribed period. If fails to join due to any reason within the specified time
his candidature will be forfeited.
Accommodation shall not be provided.
The selected faculty must be
physically present in the College/Hospital on duty for a minimum of six hours on
every working day rules, which is not
Any duration less than six hours per
day will be considered as part-time faculty as per PMC/PM&DC permissible
under prevailing rules, therefore such faculty members will be marked absent
from duty for the day.
An incomplete application will not be
entertained.
Candidates shall bring all original
